The University of Nairobi Journal of Language and Linguistics (UoNJLL) was first published in 2001, under the name Occasional Papers in Language and Linguistics and published under its current name in 2010. The journal is published once a year.
The journal carries peer-reviewed articles about any aspect of language of communication and about any language of the world. The journal is published in both print and online format.
