January 2021 - Special Issue on COVID-19

The COVID19 pandemic is not just a health problem. Its impacts will be felt in all aspects of our lives including the economy, food security, education, etc.  We thus welcome papers that have investigated (or are in the process of doing so) impacts of the pandemic along the thematic areas of Vision 2030.
